I have forwarded your comments to the Front Desk Manager as well as the Assistant General Manager to try and isolate who might have checked you in by date. As for the breakfast, I was surprised by your description of "minimalist breakfast". It is a full freshly cooked breakfast buffet that has eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes, free coffee, with additional cold items, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, muffins, bagels, bread, oatmeal (or grits) etc...Warm regards,

我喜欢格林奇酒店每一层楼的装饰风格，尤其是进门的那一瞬间！！装饰真是太棒了，我从未见过哪家酒店能把整个酒店装饰得这么漂亮——真是太可爱了！！唯一让我们不满意的是马桶离地面太低了——这让我很不方便——因为我有严重的背痛，我丈夫在2024年10月1日中风了，他很难从马桶上下来。希尔顿应该装一些更高的马桶——那些马桶就像小孩一样高，而我只有5英尺高！！像希尔顿这样大的酒店应该能够解决这个问题！！主要是因为收费标准也很高！还有，为什么你们也不给AARP会员折扣呢？我只是好奇为什么——我问那位女士，她说因为是通过第三方办理的，所以她帮不了我。好吧！！
浴室的台面和我当时住的226房间的台面看起来都快要掉下来了，所以我非常担心。我试图办理入住时，站在柜台前，服务员就像在跟我打招呼一样，我花了好一会儿才引起她的注意。为了引起她的注意，我不得不拨打酒店的电话，电话一响，她就从后面跑了出去。
我们总是会选择这里作为住宿地点。这是我们在小石城地区最喜欢的酒店。员工总是很友好。酒店干净整洁，维护得很好。
在我们整个入住期间，工作人员的服务都非常棒。他们竭尽全力确保我们得到所需的一切。他们非常亲切友好。房间和设施都干净整洁。价格也很公道。
酒店不错，员工也很热情，但行李车太糟糕了。东西会从三角形的车厢里掉下来，还会从车上的洞里掉出来。而且，早餐价格有点高，就为了一顿简单的早餐。
我入住这家酒店的全部目的就是为了让我五岁的女儿和她爸爸一起在泳池里度过一个不用涂防晒霜的周末。然而，办理入住后，我们跳进泳池，却发现水温不到70华氏度（约21摄氏度），而房间温度也只有70华氏度左右（约21摄氏度）。我们俩都冷得直哆嗦，只好离开泳池。
我向前台反映了这个问题，他们告诉我，酒店管理层为了省钱，夏天不开室内泳池的加热。我们原本计划周五和周六晚上入住（一直游到周日早上退房），但周六早上不到10点我们就离开了，到处找其他可以玩温水的地方。结果，女儿晒伤了——这不正是我们当初选择这家带室内泳池的酒店的目的吗！
舒适的床、美味的早餐、安静的房间……旅行者还想要什么呢？
工作人员非常友好，很有礼貌。我们婚礼结束后去了那里，度过了一个非常愉快的夜晚。
