Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and that says a lot the only thing that was even close to good was the bed and location and the staff was pretty down to earth and good to get along with. Don’t think I will recommend this place to anybody ever and will never be back sorry but Windam needs to do better and take a look at this hotel to bring it back up to even par standards

There were roaches in our bathroom and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures that you have for this particular property give false advertisement. This property looks NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! The air was fine, but that was about it. I was there for medical reasons, and I wasn't very comfortable at all. The breakfast looked old and horrible. Did not eat anything from there. The complete hotel needs to be updated.

Kind of what you expect for the price you pay.. staff was friendly, room was okay. We did find a dead bug upon entering but still a decent place to rest your head for the night.

The customer service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. Water pressure in the shower was not the best. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a heavy police presence in the parking lot throughout the night due to an issue with a neighbor two doors down. An ambulance also arrived at one point, which made the stay feel unsettling. The motel itself was fine, but for a quieter experience, I would recommend requesting a room in the front rather than the back.

Homeless guy came begging before I got out of my car, a lady tried it on day 2. Lot of oriental roaches outside. Outside steps concrete is crumbling, kind of unsafe.

A nice place that is clean a comfortable. The only issue is that it is too close to the highway. The entrance and exit from the hotel is hard around rush hours.
