the room had a weird smell,the toilet was clog won't flush also breakfast was very poor not much selection. it was only cereal and bread and coffee, the milk was bad it taste like it was expired i was expecting something else, I wouldn't stay in there next time

Staff accommodate one room but the rooms are dirty, smells like people been smoking in rooms. Can't breath in it, went to store and bought airfreshners. Roaches in room and bed sheets & beds weren't comfortable. The area is scary as well.

I loved location. Perfect for my job. But manger started to yell at me how I need to still come in , though I payed for the room on line. Very rude

Very Dirty Bathroom. The room smells cigarette in our entire stay. Old furnitures. Bathroom is so dirty with cigarette stains.

Very disgusting and repulsive to walk into a urine filled ashtray when I selected a non smoking room, let alone the cockroaches and ceiling falling apart LITERALLY above our heads over the bed! The ceiling has water damaged spots with mold and the shelf in the closet was falling down. I’ve asked for my money back and was told “they don’t do refunds”. I think there should be an exception please. I have pictures for proof! I gave the key back after 10 minutes of checking into it.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and that says a lot the only thing that was even close to good was the bed and location and the staff was pretty down to earth and good to get along with. Don’t think I will recommend this place to anybody ever and will never be back sorry but Windam needs to do better and take a look at this hotel to bring it back up to even par standards

There were roaches in our bathroom and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures that you have for this particular property give false advertisement. This property looks NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! The air was fine, but that was about it. I was there for medical reasons, and I wasn't very comfortable at all. The breakfast looked old and horrible. Did not eat anything from there. The complete hotel needs to be updated.

Kind of what you expect for the price you pay.. staff was friendly, room was okay. We did find a dead bug upon entering but still a decent place to rest your head for the night.
