Jacoozi was very dirty
And when i arrived the staff was very upset because i got there late and tried to cancel my reservation when i had already booked my room online will not come back here again

Room was pretty good ,the bathtub/shower appeared to have dark something in the grout ,since we were just spending the night I didn't investigate it ,We didn't even shower and left bright and early . An unpleasant surprise was the security Deposit of $100 was removed/charged from my card immediately and took a few days to be reimbursed. That put me in a worry mode since I am on a limited budget and it almost over drafted my account .I had saved up for a while to afford the little get away and If I had know about the ambush charge I would have maybe planned OR I would not have booked a room here If I had know that up front .

Check in and learn you get charged an additional $150 security deposit. At checkout was told that gets returned at 11:30am still no return. First room wasnt the cleanest and TVs didnt work. Get moved to another room where towel rack was barely on the wall and Ac heat buttons were not there. Pool n hot tub were filthy bubbles in hot tob left a black ring around out. Wont be staying here again

住宿环境不错，房间干净整洁
这是一家没有多余设施的酒店，基本需求都能满足。
第一晚我们光着脚在房间地毯上走，感觉地毯湿湿的，好像刚蒸汽清洗过一样。我把沙发床拉出来给我五岁的孩子睡，铺床的时候发现迷你冰箱旁边的地毯上有一大片湿漉漉的地方。沙发床对什么都能睡的孩子来说还行，但我发现它太薄了，连舒服地坐着都难。
到早上，冰箱旁边的湿点更大了，我们告诉了前台，他们说会通知维修人员去查看，但据我们所知他们并没有去。
泳池很好，水温一直都是温热的，他们用的是盐水，比氯气的化学味道好闻多了。随附的自助早餐还行。华夫饼机总是孩子们的最爱。我们建议跳过鸡蛋和香肠，因为它们让我们肚子不舒服。我丈夫说咖啡很难喝，提供的茶就是普通的立顿。
酒店位置就在高速公路旁，非常棒，去市中心参加活动不到15分钟。附近有很多商店和餐馆。
尽管是一个周末订满的酒店，但非常安静。
考虑到价格、泳池和位置，我们可能会再次考虑入住这里。
房间可以打扫得更干净些，布置也应该更好。
