Room was dirty. Staff didn’t understand English. Housekeeping only cleaned your room when you check
Out so no new sheets or towels we had to go downstairs to get toilet tissue. The breakfast was awful they served the same sausage 3 day in a row and I’m not talking about the same kind of sausage, I’m saying it was the left over sausage from Friday to Monday and they looked unsafe to eat. I do not recommend this hotel not even to my worst enemy.

Clean rooms. Arrive early for breakfast or else.
Room was very clean. The ceiling was pealing. The frond desk told us breakfast was till 10. When arriving at 9:15 the eggs were cold, the sausage wasn’t cooked through and we were told we should have arrived earlier.

I didn’t like the area it was in whatsoever. The shower in my room didn’t get hot at all but it was too late to let staff know because by then it was time to check out. The beds was very comfortable considering I’m 7 in a half months pregnant. I didn’t like being rushed at checkout it was 12:02 and I’m literally walking out with my kids a lady standing there rushing me.

The stay was ok.
The air wasn’t on when we got there and the room smelled pretty bad. Circulating air helped. Some of the furniture was ripped, scratched, and dusty. The smoke alarm was covered in plastic. The room was clean though. The bed was comfortable. There was not always hot water. We felt safe there. Staff was kind. We would consider staying again, but it wouldn’t be our first choice.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was attentive enough. Even though native Memphians say this area is bad but I did not have any issues. The only thing that was a negative for me is that this was a prepaid stay with all fees included but when I got there there was an additional $100 deposit fee. So be sure to budget this into your visit. Overall great stay and the mini cinnamon rolls made my day.

Not bad
Took a break from truck topper tent camping with a stay here. Looking for a budget friendly option.
Pros: great continental hot breakfast, excellent cameras/ security in the parking lot (felt comfortable leaving all of our stuff in the truck) nice size rooms.
Cons: the hotel is in the middle of updates, the fitness center was closed and the ice machine on our floor was out of service.
Our first room’s sheets were old. A quick trip to the front desk and had a new room right away with zero hassle. The front desk clerk was extremely apologetic and worked fast to correct the situation. Thank you for that.
