酒店回复: Hi Chanchana, Im sorry to hear your didnt enjoy your stay, Twin Peaks is a great place for wonderful food and drinks and experience has shown that it is busy on Friday and Saturday. We can accommodate most guests that prefer to be on the opposite of the hotel and do our best to accomodate those with a preference, Although the hotel may not have been one-hundred percent sold out rooms on the opposite side of the hotel could have been all occupied and that may be why they were not able to relocate you to a quieter room, The decor and furniture placed in all of our guest rooms meets the Best Western standards so I am not sure what the issue was about having only one chair. We have several room types and that may have something to do with the room type you were accommodated in. As for deposits, generally guests will use a credit card or debit card at check in customary with all hotels is to authorize the card for the anticipated amount of the guests stay based on number of nights reserved plus and additional amount for any incidental charges. Once the card is authorized, only the exact amount due will be charged to the card at check out and any remaining authorized is released by hotel back to your bank or card issuer and they determine how long before that is removed from their card. We dont recommend cash deposits if the availability if cash will be a concern during a guests stay, In any case, cash deposits that are not needed to cover additional charges are refunded upon guest check out. Customer service is an important part of our business and we often go above and beyond to accommodate our guests. If you experienced less than excellent customer service I offer my apologies and ask that you contact me to discuss your stay.

As hoteliers do, we go to great lengths to ensure the most peaceful and quiet guest room environment for all guests so they can relax, rest or sleep depending on the purpose of their travel. We certainly welcome guests who may have visitors for a brief time and offer them the comfortable surroundings of our lobby area away from guest rooms to enjoy a visit without other guests who may be sensitive to noise or conversations in adjoining guest rooms.

酒店有禁止访客政策……这对我来说很奇怪。不是禁止聚会政策,而是完全禁止访客👀。前台的工作人员有点粗鲁。不过,步行即可到达双峰……如果你喜欢的话。酒店很干净……没什么特别的。我不知道,如果可以的话,我不会再住这里了。
