I didn’t even stay at the hotel. It was cockroach infested and “under remodel” which I’m certain was an excuse for the unkept property. Trash everywhere and a horrrible smell outside and inside. I did not feel safe and made accommodations elsewhere.

everything was done on internet did not state it was being redone...asked for smoke free was suppose to be but carpet was full of old smoking smells. all of the room smelled terrible...we were allergic to the smoke...would not refund us anything. no phone in rooms...no ice machines...unfriendly

MAJOR roach infestation! I was in the room less than 5 minutes and immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund, which they refused. I couldn’t stay here after seeing so many. Extremely disappointed in the lack of respect they have for their customers and the facility. If you have to stay here, PLEASE ask to see your room before checking in.

I did not feel comfortable staying at this property and checked out immediately upon seeing the room, which was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. They don't use pillow or mattress covers so both are unsealed and only covered with the pillowcases and sheets. When I pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs, the mattress looked like it was decades old and had been recovered from the side of the road, and was covered in bloodstains. The bathroom was dirty and had a leaky tub faucet. It was also a "weekly rate" hotel, and some of the characters living there seemed a bit sketchy, and could smell that some were smoking in their rooms despite the "no smoking" rule the hotel claims to have, and many were just out in the parking lot hanging out. Some places you just know to leave immediately, and this is one of them.
