Mold growth in the vent of our room. No one wants to do anything about it. No refund or comp of any kind, do not recommed coming here.

Very clean, staff was friendly, Kal drove the shuttle to the airport got me there in no time! The vicinity to the airport made this my top choice. I will return for the cleanliness and friendly staff!

Quick Trip
The room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was comfy (nice selection of pillows and sheets were soft), towels were soft and absorbent. We had a light bulb out over our lav but it was replaced right away. Check in was easy and friendly even though we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Area was quiet and convenient to several good restaurants. Would stay again.

There was a little glitch with check-in. ******* indicated four guests was fine. check in staff also said their system indicated that four guests was fine. However, it would not initially allow him to process it because “exceeded maximum number of guests allowed.” After several minutes and a somewhat long line forming, he did kindly just give us a room key and allow us to finally go to the room and later said that he was able to override the glitch.

Horrible smell
This hotel smells horrible. From the minute you walk in it reeks of Curry and BO.
Our clothes even smell. So nauseating we didn’t even try the free breakfast. Just wanted to check out asap

I have stayed at this property several times when flying out of Mitchel Field airport. Our stay always included room, airport shuttle and parking. This year I booked online on the Sleep Inn website and when we arrived were told us we had to pay $10/night for parking. I was told I did not book the Sleep Ride Park package. When I asked the front desk clerk to show me how to do that online and show me on my phone he could not figure it out. Nor would he givee the package. Definitely not helpful and very frustrating.

The property was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly, courteous, and willing to help. The shuttle service was extremely convenient. Only about a five minute ride to the airport. I highly recommend staying here.
