I told you I couldn’t go on 10/3. I made a mistake on the days I chose. Jessica phone me the mornining if 10/3. She said she was informed I wanted to cancel my stay not move the dates. She said it was not a problem to move the dates. So we are going today like I needed. I made it clear I didn’t want to cancel. Thankfully she helped.

Room had damp carpet, mildew smell, stains on walls, no TV. Sharp bedframes were sticking out into doorways. We left before we were scheduled to checkout.

Dangerous shower as there was nothing to hold onto in the shower with slippery floor. No shower gel, only one small bar of soap for the shower and sink to share. Also, a bad smell in the bathroom at times (plumbing backup?)
A/C and heat hard to regulate and making a lot of noise at night…. Same breakfast exactly each morning

Staff was great, hotel was nice. Room great except for A/C vent blowing directly onto one of the beds. Made bed unusable. There were some sketchy looking people cutting through parking lot during the evening.

Spacious, but needs work. Bathroom floor was not clean. Shower door gasket and towel rack were both halfway disconnected. There was black mold in the RTV around the shower edges. Carpet, furniture and ceilings were noticeably soiled. The light around the mirror was painfully bright.

Warm Night in Lansing
The staff, service and location was great. However they AC was not working properly and as a result, the room was uncomfortably warm.

Large room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, room had a musty smell but it did go away once the AC had run for couple hours.
Basic hotel breakfast, good to grab something before heading out.
