The Hotel Metro is a Milwaukee gem. From the friendly front desk, to the amazing waitstaff, and the best of all Lori in valet who have me hand warmers before I went out in the cold. You always feel welcome here.

My car was ready within minutes, warmed up, and pulled up waiting for me. Best part was my valet Loni. She was so kind and cheerful. She made my morning.
我对这家酒店真是失望透顶。我抵达后才发现，我期待已久的屋顶酒吧因为举办特别活动，整个周末都关闭了。到了房间，我更是失望透顶，房间昏暗得令人难以忍受。当我四处寻找照明时，我才明白为什么房间光线这么差。家具破旧不堪，地毯上有一大块不明污渍，纱窗上有一个六英寸的洞，窗帘脏兮兮的，挂得歪歪扭扭，咖啡桌的贴面都脱落了。我姐姐被安排在一个散发着下水道臭味的房间，后来又被换到了一间墙漆都剥落的房间。我的侄女后来入住，结果也被安排到了同样散发着下水道臭味的楼层，最后不得不换房间。我对房间的清洁程度表示怀疑，因为浴缸里有一根又大又黑的头发，地毯上还有一块奇怪的污渍。我的房间窗外只能看到停车场和敞开的垃圾桶。经理似乎并不太在意，说没有空房可以给我换，不过后来他们确实帮我侄女换了房间。第二天我去楼顶看了看，虽然它关门了。那里非常小，而且因为在六楼，只能看到市中心的建筑。房间很大，床铺也还不错。这就是我能说的全部优点了。我本来可以省钱，住一家经济型酒店，而且体验会更好。我的房间被描述为豪华房，酒店也被描述为精品历史酒店。我猜“历史悠久”的意思就是“老旧”，但我的房间里没有一点能称得上豪华房的特质。我希望万豪酒店能少花点钱在误导性的广告上（就像现在这样），多花点钱把酒店打扫得干净整洁，让人想再次入住。
Metro酒店的代客泊车服务真是太棒了！他们动作麻利，服务周到。Loni今天尤其出色！我还没走到车边，她就主动过来迎接我；她知道我要去哪儿；我离开的时候，车已经准备好了。服务真是太棒了！
房间布局合理，干净整洁。一切都非常舒适。最棒的是员工！从前台到泊车员，再到早餐室的服务人员，每个人都非常友善热情。
