Room was clean for the most part but carpet was dirty. After taking a shower and walking around my foot got black and dirty quickly.

Overall this is a good hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite with a fold out couch for the kids. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper and we had to request it from the front desk and go get it ourselves. The reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) but only enough towels for 2 people in the room so we had to go to the front desk to get additional towels too. I feel like small details were overlooked like that for this stay. Also there was a fire alarm that went off right after getting the kids to bed so we had to evacuate the sleeping kids to the car for about 15 minutes until the firefighters cleared the building. So that was really hard for us.
Breakfast was good. Pool area was very very warm.

We arrived late due to our flight. Room smelled good and looked clean. I was impressed. Loved the layout of the room. We went to bed.
Next morning, I went to use shower for first time and noticed hair on the floor by the tub that was not ours. My husband is bald and my hair is blond/curly. I cleaned up the floor.
The next day I noticed there was mold on HVAC slats. I cleaned that up also. I didn’t bother to report to hotel staff.
I did enjoy using the Gym and Pool. I was happy that there were towels in both areas. The hand sanitizers were empty during my stay.
Breakfast was ok and complimentary.
The staff that worked during our stay were excellent.
I was also happy with the price of the hotel.
I would stay here again but will notify management of mold or any other issues.

My linen was not clean and I seen a roach. Shower was not clean. The staff was good though good customer service. I didn’t stay I left about 8pm

I didn’t like anything past the pictures posted on the site! I’m actually taking steps further than management on site due to insubordination. My room was infested with roaches and just overall janky. I left out in the middle of the night traveling with little ones what a hassle…. Receptionist gave me a hard time checking in and was inconsiderate for sure! They also have horrible communication skills and compassion for their jobs I do not recommend. I literally hate to leave such a honest review that’s not good but my experience was one of the worse they’ll never see me in any holiday inn again
