Hotel was in a great location and the design of the facility is nice, the rooms have great layout. The cleaning is not good, though. The entire hotel smells pretty bad. There was grime on counter tops and heavy dirt and sludge in drawers of kitchenette. This facility is obviously very understaffed as well, as it was very hard to find an attendant and when I finally got them on the phone, they sounded exhausted and said that they were too busy to help, and I would need to wait 30 minutes. Checking in and out was difficult, as no one is at the desk and you have to call them multiple times to get someone to make their way to the desk. We had a broken door lock and the response when I got them on the phone was "well, management won't be here for 3 more days, I can't help you." We had to demand a room change, which she was able to accommodate. Staff isn't rude, just obviously stretched too thin. The bed was clean and comfortable, though, and the bathroom was clean. The shower curtain was too short and water got onto the floor. Overall, it was adequate, but definitely bring slippers for the room.

The kids in the floor above me were running up and down the halls all night long and it was really annoying to say the least. They even pulled the fire alarm at 2:30am on my 3rd night here. The staff were nice, especially the girl on the 2nd shift! The room I stayed in was exceptionally dirty upon arrival. I had to get it specially cleaned bc it was too nasty to inhabit at its current condition. There were even 3 HUGE dead cockroaches on the floor and on the edge of the under bed by the bedskirt. I felt really dirty whenever I was in my room. Last complaint, the tables, kitchen counters, and bathroom areas were not wiped down. I could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same price. And I should have. Did not rebook my room after this stay.

The outside looked fine, there was ample parking. Front reception was very friendly, hospitable and patient (Lena?). Hallway decor was outdated and room had a an icky vibe. Bed looked like a rollaway but had an ok mattress (if you like firm). Shower tub drained super slow, had to wait 20min to use again. Overall good price for just a quick overnight stay. Felt more like an old motel vibe.
