The hotel is very tired and past its best. Rooms were shabby, dirty and numerous cockroaches joined us for our stay. Numerous pieces of hardware loose or broken in the room, doors missing in kitchenette, mould in bathroom, cobwebs and hair in bathroom. Absolutely shocking.

Bugs in bathroom, bedroom, and refrigerator!!! TV didn’t work (had to change rooms), No place to hang up clothes (had to change rooms, they don’t provide hangers), sink in bathroom clogged, toilet seat broken (slides side to side), would not provide more than 2 pillows, no garbage cans in room( had to change rooms), outside of hotel there were people working on vehicles and playing loud music, not in a good area of town, no breakfast, no pool, no way to regulate a/c temperature, light in refrigerator didn’t work, and place is rundown and needs a major renovation to be decent.

This hotel is by far the worst I've ever endured to date. They say that your first impression is an everlasting impression and I can truly attest to that. When I checked in, I had to pay cash just to get my room because the desk tenant didn't know how to get the credit card machine back online. Upon checking into my room, I noticed that the toilet was loose at the base and about to tilt over whenever anyone sat down on it. The worst problem were the roaches. I don't play well with them and ended up purchasing Raid cans just to keep them at bay. The housekeeping amenities such as trash pickup for extended check-in visitors was non-existent plus the website mentioned free Wi-Fi and that was far from the truth. I did notice that the information on television was that of an Extended Stay hotel and this was not Extended Stay (and I wish I would've been at one instead). No available on site washers/dryers, no free breakfast as mentioned, etc. I saw building upkeep reconstructing rooms and honestly it looked like they were just doing an overlay of the structure that was previously there. If I have to stay for a prolonged period of time in Memphis again and see that this hotel is the only availability, I'm just going to make plans to sleep in my vehicle. They need American minded people that will get the job done and each of the desk clerks that I encountered were non-American but the lady was extremely friendly and did accommodate in any way so my hats off to her. The guy on the other hand would disappear or hide in the storage room knowing that he should be behind the desk at all times to greet and tend to customers needs while running his shift. I made sure that I got my deposit back upon checking out and once I made it home, everything that was in that room got sanitized or washed because I don't tolerate things that are out of place or not running as it should....especially when it's 100% preventable.

The staff is friendly and answered all the questions I had.The amenities they provide are needed for long term stays. Once I got settled in my room there were roaches. I saw at least 8 my first night. Was given another room but that one was worse.

Mya and Tony were exceptional in welcoming me to their location. I dreaded leaving the staff at the airport location. When I arrived at Apple Tree the staff warm helping me move in for my stay,I can’t believe that this other extended have staff that great as well take care they guest

The service has been divinely excellent. The staff has been beyond helpful and friendly. The environment is extremely quiet.The pets don’t make any noise and there are no pet stains anywhere in the room. The floors and hallways are extremely clean. The staff is extremely attentive and calm and very easy to speak with about issues and concerns. I have consistently received accurate assistance each time I had a need or question. The room was very clean and the bed was made to perfection. The dishes that came with the room have been very helpful and a Godsend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help with any problems. Rooms are very nice and clean. Hotel is very welcoming to everyone. The staff really makes you feel like family. Rooms are spacious as well.

One of the best Extended Stays to stay while in Memphis. Mya is the best go to person to talk. She's always on point with everything. She makes sure your stay is welcoming and she has the best customer service.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice. It is in a very quiet area. It's a convenient location, there is a walmart across the street.
