The room was spotless and the front desk personnel were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was what you would normally get at a hotel, it was hot and fresh so all was good!

No coffee from 7:00-7:30. No one working front desk and they started working on the roof at 8:00 am directly above our room.

Great Stay. Check in was quick and easy. Pool was nice, the Grand kids loved it. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Great location to freeway and very close to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, which is why we picked this hotel. Felt safe and secure here.

The menu was pretty good. Lots of options. The rooms were very clean and the beds very very comfortable. Hotel could use some updates but it was perfect for my needs. Loved it was close to everything I needed, especially the Xpress was to go home. Will stay again when I come to visit my family.
