We were told we were no shows even though we paid and the cleaned our room. Gave out room to another person who tried to get in during the night. Gave us a bottle of water as an apology.

The first room smelled like smoke really bad, After changing rooms, the tub was not clean and was rusting . The water pressure was poor and the air conditioning intermittently worked but was filled with dust. The curtains were very dirty. The only reason I am saying poor instead of terrible is the bed was somewhat comfortable. The pillows were as small as couch cushions, and the TV didn’t work well. It also had a smell. The staff were decent and check out and check in were pretty easy but Wi-Fi didn’t always work. All in all it wasn’t great.

There were some room occupants causing too much noise running and jumping causing loud noise, at some point there were loud music also in parking lot

Good enough
Our stay was adequate. The hotel was clean and the room was clean, however, the room was a bit "musty" and had a bit of a mildew scent. This could be because there was condensation coming from the AC.

Toilet was not screwed down. Mold in bathroom. Musty stinky rooms. Dirty carpet to the point your feet would be black after showering. Pool was green. Kids were looking forward to swimming… did not let them use the pool. We went for froyo instead to get out of the hotel room.
