Every thing from check in to check out was excellent. The room was wonderful and comfortable, I slept well. The only issue was that during a conference only one elevator worked, so I actually took the stairs to the 5th floor, at least I was able to get my steps in, other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone at the hotel, from front desk, to room service, to maintenence was so helpful and friendly. The restaurants are great. The rooms are spacious. Everything felt new. Housekeeping was top notch. There for 3 days for work and never had to leave the hotel. A+.

Valet went above and beyond. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked but was satisfactory.

Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo.

This was the second time I stayed at the Radisson. the rooms are clean and the hotel is centrally located for any downtown activities.

房间里没有梳妆台。客房清洁人员上门后，门锁没锁好，导致我的房间没有锁。水槽和水龙头的位置不对，导致水流到台面上。不推荐。
目前为止一切都很好。就是太吵了，其他都还好。
