On behalf of us all here at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo, I would like to apologize for the lack of options within the hotel while we shut down our restaurant/bar for renovations. I understand that this would be disappointing since it would mean that there is no room service available. We hope that should you stay with us again, once this restaurant is back in its full glory later this year after the renovations, we hope that you will get the chance to stay with us again and experience the full capacity of what our hotel is capable of. Overnight parking in the parking ramp was $48. Absolutely crazy given what the room charge is. Street parking is limited and the vehicle isn’t safe. Tons of homeless people wondering around the area. The hotel is nice though.

While the location is good, we were disappointed with our recent stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable only to be outmatched by the tiny hard pillows. Both made sleeping difficult, only to be interrupted by continuous texts from the hotel starting in the morning. When we went to leave the elevator down button didn't work so we had to up to to go down. The parking garage didn't accept our key as payment so ended up paying additional for parking. For the price it was a disappointment.

这家酒店以前很棒，住起来很舒服。但这次入住体验非常令人失望。泳池和热水浴缸区域脏得令人作呕，看起来好像好几天没打扫了。泳池里漂浮着一些奇怪的东西。泳池周围到处都是创可贴和垃圾。走廊地板上散落着啤酒罐，垃圾随处可见。酒吧和商店都因装修而关闭。客房服务晚上10点就关门了。以后不会再住这里了。
性价比不高
房间和员工都不错。不过，我们选择这家酒店是因为酒店里有Burdick's体育酒吧和餐厅，很方便。预订时，并没有被告知酒吧关门了，也没有客房服务。附近还有其他价格更实惠的酒店，而且除了这两项设施外，其他设施也一样。所以，这次入住体验并不划算。
房间里没有梳妆台。客房清洁人员上门后，门锁没锁好，导致我的房间没有锁。水槽和水龙头的位置不对，导致水流到台面上。不推荐。
绝对令人叹为观止，尤其是第一次入住这么棒的酒店。工作人员非常友好，非常乐于助人，我们度过了一段美好的时光。我绝对推荐和所有朋友家人一起来这里。
