Hotel has signs that it is about to be renovated, which is a good thing. The facilities have numerous issues. Broken floor tiles, loose shower plumbing, mold and mildew in showers.

Everything was definitely what we expected, however your service and management staff was what took the cake. They are the difference in our stay! They handled confusion with our booking through a 3rd party seamlessly. We never missed a beat! Nice going ladies!

Bathroom needed updating. Toilet seat was awful and needed to be replaced. Beds and room were clean and updated. There were signs saying they were about to remodel the hotel so that will be great.

The first hotel room had roaches in it. I told the staff and they changed my room. The next room had problems with the sink. The water pressure was low and the drain was clogged. Also, there was only 10 channels on the tv versus the previous room had hundreds of channels.
