The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The breakfast choices were lacking. The rooms definitely showed age with the mirror paint cracking, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and the AC rattled. Walla are very thin and I could hear the people next door talking.

This was our first time in this hotel. It was a bit farther away from Knoxville and the price reflected that. Remember, you get what you pay for!! We figured we’d try and see how it was. The staff was very friendly however that was it. The room was dirty. The pull out couch which we needed to use was unacceptable. The mattress was dirty and under the sheet it had dead bugs. So we closed it and had to use the couch as the bed. The rest of the room was subpar. The free breakfast was terrible! The oatmeal was hard in the packets, the loose cereal was extremely old and very hard. The waffle batter…I don’t even know what came out of that when I tried to make a waffle. We stuck to the pre-packed food as long as the date was current. Ended up going to McDonalds. That felt like a huge step up. So overall the experience was awful. I would never EVER stay there again.

Couch was broken like a large person had set in the middle of it and broke it. Didn’t feel as clean as last time. TV didn’t work several outlets weren’t working. Toilet paper dispenser was missing. Front desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. Well lit parking lot and hallways. Felt very safe and conveniently located to other dining options and to our daughter’s school.

Started ok with friendly staff at check in, but not great after. For some reason the elevator had a perpetual wet sign. Halls look like they've been flooded with dirty carpets. Bathroom had some mold in the corners of the tub. The bed was displaced and my son cut his leg on a metal piece that was sticking out and covered by the bed skirt. Breakfast was usual.
