The staff was nice, the rooms were clean with the eception of a cigarette burn on the sink that was there when we arrived.

Room was very dirty and floors were nasty. Could not walk around the room without shoes or your feet would be black. Only one electrical outlet worked. Did not feel comfortable in the room

The first room we were in, we showered and got in bed and then a giant ROACH crawled across my bed! Then we were put in a different room that had multiple bugs in the bathroom, pillows were covered in hair and stains. Office staff did not want to answer my calls or doorbell so we left and went to another hotel. Zero stars.

My only regret was that I was only passing through for one day. I did not get to enjoy their beautiful. Their staff was amazing and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Will definitely stay here again

The property itself wasn’t terrible. It’s the $100, then $53 taken out of my account, on top of the $80 stay. I was told there was going to be a $100 hold on my account. As much as I did not agree or understand, fine. But it was not a hold. The whole amount was taken out of my account, and then another $53.00. Because of that, my account has gone in to overdraft, and I have to wait seven days for it to be deposited back into my account. This has put me in a terrible spot. I was told a $100 hold on my account, instead I had an extra $153 taken out of my account. It’s just out me in a terrible position this week. Because now it going into overdraft, I have a $30 fee. So this hotel stay so far has cost way more than it should. So just beware of extra money being taken out of your account, then waiting a week for it to be deposited back in!

This place was horrible! I've had to stay at worse hotels for game day and yet this one is even worst. The microwave howled, the mirror had layers of dust, the tv was more static than sound and the toilet was unforgivable...not to mention the constant smoking and loitering outside the hotel. The manager agreed to a refund of the remaining night and then refused to do it after we checked out, so not only is this hotel deplorable, management is not trustworthy or honest. You'd be better off sleeping in your car....

It’s very unfortunate that this town’s hotels do not reinvest the overpriced rooms back into the properties. I guess I’m a part of the problem by agreeing to pay.

Awful, what a slum. My employee had to leave in the middle of the night because people were knocking on his door. He felt unsafe. We tried to get a refund and they refused. Poorly operated “hotel” DO NOT STAY HERE!

卫生间水龙头坏了,我们不得不从浴缸水龙头接水。有些毛巾有污渍(可能卫生,但看起来不舒服)。浴室的整体美观度很差,墙壁装饰条脱落,浴帘也发霉了。
