Staff was friendly and very helpful when we reported a broke hair dryer. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Roach in room and the male housekeeper walked in while I was naked an hr before our time ended. He did not knock or make himself known, he let himself in at 10am and our check out time is 11am.

The AC was not working and the hotel said they would not charge us as we could not stay there.

This was a great location for going to the Tennessee game plus the location gave you easy access to many different restaurants to eat at

There was no heat, the bathtub felt like we were going to fall through the floor. It smelled of smoke.
