We will definitely stay here again! The room was spacious and comfortable. While the decor is a little dated, the staff, (especially Karley and Chris) more than made up for it! From beginning to end, Karley and Chris went out of their way (even to the point of checking not 1, not 2, but 3 places) for a hairdryer for my wife! Checking in and out was a breeze. The breakfast was quite possibly the best we have had for a hotel like this. The eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and omelettes were fantastic! There was also a nice fruit and cereal selection. The coffee was rich and full of flavor. Thank you guys for a WONDERFUL stay!

The staff was wonderful. Everyone spoke English and we could understand the employees. Smelled clean. It has become almost the normal to go to hotel and smell what our family calls pine sol, cigarettes, and ****. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is fine, but it’s does not meet up with its 9.4 rating. The entire hotel smelled like a gigantic plug-in air freshener.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Starting with the always pleasant, helpful staff to the immaculately clean hotel. It was a delight staying here and I would stay nowhere else in Knoxville.

Very clean hotel and we'll kept grounds, desk and kitchen staff warm and helpful, and everything in the room was attractive and worked well. The mattress was a little past its prime, but not actually bad.
