The hotel is fine, but it’s does not meet up with its 9.4 rating. The entire hotel smelled like a gigantic plug-in air freshener.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Starting with the always pleasant, helpful staff to the immaculately clean hotel. It was a delight staying here and I would stay nowhere else in Knoxville.

Very clean hotel and we'll kept grounds, desk and kitchen staff warm and helpful, and everything in the room was attractive and worked well. The mattress was a little past its prime, but not actually bad.

非常爱管闲事，根本没睡好，隔壁房间的门不停地被摔着进出。另外，我问客房服务员要毛巾和卫生纸，她说没有。
我问他们是否可以取消第二晚的预订，但由于我是通过Travelocity预订的，所以预订时被告知不能退款，Travelocity也表示可以选择取消。
早餐有香蕉坚果华夫饼面糊，这是我吃过的最好吃的华夫饼
