I went for an entire week and would have given 5 stars. The only thing that I found wrong was the bathtub is very very slippery so we had to put a towel in it which was really not a big deal and some of the clean towels were very hard like the type of towel you hang to dry. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Since reporting about fire alarm. It still was never replaced the 3 days here. All towels had stains and neighborhood was unsafe with cars loudly racing down road outside room. The walls so thin I could hear a whole conversation in an adjacent room. The front desk never seem to care about any situation when reported. Housekeeping also is negligent. Property never bothered to move me with a fire alarm missing. California Code mandates fire alarms in all hotels. This hotel should refund! They have violated safety codes. Web Based Travel Site who rated this a 3 star hotel and should also be held responsible for a misleading level of property. It shouldn’t be offered. Also, they rent shared hostel bunk bed like rooms which can bring in questionable tenants also affecting safety. Not a 3 star hotel type of property . Please correct issues and take responsibility. I’ll be posting to travel advisory over web based sites, City of Anaheim regarding fire code violations and reporting to California Hotel Association. See pictures below.

I have high tolerance for noise....but was so bad I got zero sleep first night. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even noisy when neighbors fell asleep finally at 2am....as could hear them breathing as loud as if they were lying next to me. The only ones I saw using the pool were ducks! Told the desk and they just said they come every day. Gross....big ol cockroach scurrying up bathroom walls. Lea ing my luggage outside now that I am home til I can examine and make sure I do not bring critters home with me. Breakfast was a joke....a muffin and yoghurt. AVOID THIS PLACE.

All I can say about this place is that I was traveling with a group of students and when I arrived late at night they said my reservation had been cancelled. I booked through ******* and even when we actually got a person from ******* that told them that it had not been cancelled by them they refused to honor my reservation - other than to offer me something 15 miles away...and since I didn't have a car or transportation for all my students, that was not an acceptable option. It remains a mystery why they cancelled my reservation - but it was a rather rude shock when we arrived. DON'T TRUST THEM!

From the other reviews, it seems it may be a hit or miss. With that said, our room was clean, bed was comfy. The two people we interacted with at the front desk were exceptionally helpful as well. We even left items in the room and they were very helpful in finding them and holding tasks items for us. The only negative thing we experienced was you could hear everything outside really well, but given the really low price, it fit what we needed for the duration of our stay perfectly. Keep expectations reasonable for what you’re paying in comparison to the competitors and you’ll (hopefully) leave happy too!

I stayed with my friend, I left, she gave me the key, I returned at 2 am, the key didn't work, I asked for help at the reception because my friend was asleep and didn't respond, and the Indian man was rude and didn't give me access to the room, he practically told me to sleep in the hallway, super rude, he didn't understand the situation, be careful with him, I don't recommend going with that service, they shouldn't have that type of employees

Great service by the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Everyone is very helpful. The rooms are nice! I highly recommend staying here. Parking lot is a bit tight, but can always find parking when needed. There is a pool & hot tub here and a few light breakfast items available.
