Yes, the room was neglected, bed covers with hole kind of cigarette burn, ceiling title with stained, floor looking dirty.
When the door to the room got open stank so bad.

The room was well furnished and the kitchenette also included all cooking and eating utensils.
Parking was convenient,check in was quick and easy, room was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again when In Knoxville.

There was layers of nastiness in every corner of the lobby, elevator and hotel room…especially the bathrooms. The hallways were lined with air fresheners, obviously trying to cover up a smell but so many to give you a headache. This is not the hotels fault necessarily, but at arrival there were people who appeared to be living in their car right outside our window. I do not recommend this hotel.

Well. It was a decent value for the price but the hotel was ran down.. especially the room.. I’m not going to mention all the things here because they definitely know but lots of updating and deep cleaning need to be done! The bed was comfortable though.

The hot water did not work. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work (freezer did). This was the only available hotel for a last minute one night stay. If we had booked for longer, I would have moved to a different hotel. The price of the room seemed steep since the place was dirty and outdated.

The bathroom sink was clogged, but we couldn't get our room changed because there was no availability. The staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

但是酒店比较老旧，而且气味很潮湿。作为中途停留，住一晚还算可以接受，而且离市中心很近。
酒店服务也很好，所有员工都很友好。前台接待员也很热情。我很快就办理了入住。
工作人员在我们入住期间犯了一个错误，跳过了一个晚上，我试图向前台的人解释，我为什么要住在那里然后跳过一个晚上？她不得不和经理谈谈，也就是我在电话里谈过的那位经理，她才相信我。我们从 2022 年开始住在这里。我从来没有在商业场所和任何人发生过争执，但那个年轻女人粗鲁无礼，好斗无休止。我被指控，我想要回我的钱。她甚至威胁我要报警。我离开了，打电话给公司，我的钱被退还了。那个人应该被解雇。有趣的是，她认出了我 2 周前在那里！我再也不会住在那里了。三思而后行。
