Did a last minute second night booking. Staff persons were helpful in keeping the same room. I would stay here again.

From our check in with Max to the early smiles and friendliness from Angie at breakfast, and warm and incredible helpfullness from Charles, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I knew all their names because they deserve recognition! I have stayed in a lot of hotels, both for business and pleasure, and have never experienced the genuine friendliness from an entire staff like we did here. We are going back to Ohio for a wedding in 3 weeks and had planned on staying at a different hotel because some other out of town people were staying there but we changed our minds because excellent customer service is such a powerful part to an important list in making a trip successful!

我和丈夫最近在这里住了一晚。入住很顺利,工作人员也很友好。我通常对酒店没什么要求;一间干净的房间,有床、卫生间和淋浴就足够了。
然而,我们的房间有一些严重的问题。虽然一开始看起来很干净,但其中一张床上的床上用品闻起来很恶心,几乎像呕吐物,这显然表明房间清洁不彻底。此外,我们的空调漏水严重,导致房间一半的地板都湿透了。我们把这两个问题都告诉了工作人员,他们说会检查,但一直没有。虽然我们或许可以更坚持一下,但这些问题本来就不应该存在。

我离开房间,大约一小时后回到房间,听到隔壁房间传来一阵喧闹的笑声。清洁车就在隔壁房间外面同一个地方,我的房间根本没打扫过,我当然心想,那对客房服务员夫妇肯定在隔壁“玩过家家”了!
我去了前台,Max 向我保证我搞错了,是因为沟通问题导致年轻的男管家误解了我的要求。Max 保证如果我晚几个小时再来,房间就没问题了!
结果我晚了好久才回来,房间也很好。Max 和代顿南酒店没有道歉,只是找了个借口,这让我非常失望。我从未感到如此被轻视和低估——尤其是当我决定延长住宿时间时,竟然被那些本应更了解情况的员工当做额外且蹩脚的借口来掩盖他们的不良行为。
更糟糕的是,我看到这对男女搭档继续一起工作!
我的房间干净、安静、舒适,我住了五晚。白天我基本不在家。早上淋浴水压充足,很舒服。早餐不错,选择丰富。工作人员很棒。随时解答问题或提供帮助。我觉得这就是酒店住宿舒适的秘诀。
简直完美
Max热情地接待了我。他非常热情。入住期间,他和我简短地聊了几句,表达了他乐于接待客人的热情好客。我住得非常愉快,所以又预订了第二晚!
这是一家漂亮干净的酒店。房间虽然有点旧,但功能齐全。工作人员非常友好。以后如果需要安静,我会更经常来这家酒店。
