Nice Room, But Too Many Frustrations
The room itself was comfortable and clean, but there were several drawbacks that made the stay less enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable — very slow and unreliable, which was frustrating. The man on the front desk told me that I couldn’t earn rewards points since I booked through a third-party website, but later I discovered that the points actually were added to my account, so the information I was given was incorrect.
Another issue was the air conditioning. The unit is the older, wall-mounted type and extremely loud. It made it impossible to run at night without disrupting sleep.
Overall, while the accommodations were decent, the poor Wi-Fi, misinformation about rewards, and noisy air conditioner make me hesitant to stay here again.

We are sorry to hear that you were having issues with the Wi-Fi and will have it looked into so that you do not experience any problem in the future. Unfortunately the information given about not receiving points when booking with a third party was correct. To receive reward points and to have your nights count towards your elite status, you must book directly through Wyndham and not third party sites. If you received points for your stay the front desk agent may have helped you to be able to receive those points to your account as reservations made through third party sites are not qualified for receiving Wyndham reward points, We will also have our team look into the A/C unit, we haven't had any other comments or complaints about the units but we will have them checked out to ensure they are all performing at an optimal level. We once again apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to see you again soon.

Property is renovated and kept very clean. In room fridge and microwave. It is close to dozens of restaurants, easy access to the freeway. Much nicer than most hotels at this price point.
