The room was filthy, cockroaches in the bathroom, no amenities except for 2teaspoons for the kitchenette. The bathroom door was broken and the handle was on top of the refrigerator. The clerk who checked us in was yelling at some people when we went to check in and then started yelling at us for using ******* to reserve a room that was Not available. We checked out the next day instead of staying for 3 days. Will not stay there again.

Everything! Staff not welcoming. Heater/AC ridiculously noisy. Road noise makes it impossible to sleep, TV remote doesn’t work.

How is this place on this app? It's basically a Sec8, assisted living, and homeless shelter, masked as a hotel. The place is run down, has shady people everywhere, doors are broken, and have gaps, bathroom lights will give you an epileptic seizure, and needs a warning about it. Bathroom is gross, and loose toilet.The lobby looks like a retirement home full of sick elderly people. All the Babymommas live there too. This is NOT okay!!

The door lock didn’t work and had to have help everytime I came in and out…. Was very frustrating…..

When I arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk stated that they had a water problem and there were no rooms available. I would like a refund of any charges as soon as possible

Booking unavailable rooms online
I am unable to give an honest feedback about the room itself due to the fact that after having put in my reservation and paid for my room when I went to get my key I was informed that they didn't have my room yet it was still listed online for sale. The staff on duty seemed very disconnected she had seem like she there was no concern whatsoever for my situation she told me that my room wasn't there and she didn't have a room for me and walked away from the desk without offering any type of solution or any other help at all
