Didnt gave hot water stain on sheets. Didnt refund me even if i didnt stay the full 2 nights because it was aweful

Pool was not heated and was really dirty. No hot tub like it said. Stayed 2 days no one restocked the room.

Affordable and Conveniently Located
The room had some mileage. It looked like the bathtub caulk was wearing out. The hot water didn't last very long. The toilet had a tendency to run because the internal tank hardware needs replacing. And the bathroom doorstop was a toe stubbing hazard (they really should've gone for the hinge door stop, given the room layout). That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep while visiting Kalamazoo, it's a good choice.

You always expect to be able to take a shower in the morning before you leave, at this Clarion the shower handle was lying on the edge of the tub and could not be used…not happy

Bad Choice for NHRA Weekend
Where to start...we happened to book this room on the same weekend as the NHRA auto show weekend. Made parking the first night tight, but with the hundreds of people that overtook the area Friday and Saturday night, actual hotel patrons could not access the hotel parking, and the crowd that had assembled just overran the whole area. We wore socks in our room that turn black on the bottoms after an hour or two due to the dirty carpeting. Bathtub shower VERY slippery, no hand assist bars - be careful! Whole property needs updating. Breakfast: so-so, powdered eggs and sausage or waffles every morning, no oatmeal. Fitness area was poor, treadmills unusable or non functional, carpeting filthy. Young lady at desk was sincerely apologetic, but thst's where the hospitality ended. Will be back to Kalamazoo, but will search for better accomodations.

It was a living nightmare. Cars burning out in the parking lot and bumping music super late, the pool was interesting, and the chairs in my room were stained. It also smelled funny.
