So I have had the opportunity to be a guest here at the Red Roof Inn in Woodlawn Maryland we're about the last four or five months. Although the majority of my stays has been pleasant and I really haven't had too many issues, there is one issue that is truly bothering me. The sole purpose of me writing this review is not to get anyone in trouble or risk their employment but the purpose is to try and come to some sort of final solution to this in the bud. So what's that being said I have asked the housekeeping numerous times, over 5 times, is it please just not answer my room without me being present. Now I know that there is a language barrier but I have also asked the front desk employees to relay the same message. Everything was going okay for a little while but then about a month ago I come in my room and it had been "tidied up" meaning they had changed my top cover the top two pillowcases along with the trash cans and that was it so the bare minimum which is an issue if I hadn't asked them about to come in my room when I was not present and they did that anyways or if they have not touched my wallet have all of my cards sitting out but now we're missing so I'll let that go but for the last 3 weeks I have found them coming in my room doing their version of a cleaning while I am not here. And if I didn't know any better in my opinion they are waiting for me to leave and coming into my room and they have no reason to I have my own cleaning supplies room etc. Well the day be

I have been saying for months now and I have a a onn streaming stick and the remote was on my bed and when I left to go to work I came back and only my bws was made no trash changes and I when I came back an hour later afer I repeatedly tell the house keepping people to stay out of my room while I'm not here they don't anjç

This hotel really needs to work on their housekeeping. I worked in hotels for 13 years and I know when I got a hotel room that was used by construction workers. Very disgusting bathroom and debris/HAIR all over the place. The main door to my hotel room had a crack in it so big that I know roaches and ants can get through. For the price I think it was a little too much. The front desk guy was really cool, but other than that, the hotel is Nasty.

We had to go buy sheets and a comforter at Walmart cause the ones on the bed were terrible. The place stunk and just overall trashy. Def not worth the $

Room was extremely dirty with cockroaches, dirt and grime. Bed linens were filthy with cigarette burns. Smoke detector was on the dresser with no batteries in it. Bathroom was very dirty with a used bar of soap still in the shower.

Toilet was stopped up and I didn’t have a coffee maker in my room. Customer service at the help desk was nowhere to be found for about 20mins.

I only spent one night and checked out. I’m still waiting for my refund. I contacted you and told you how bad it was and checked into super 8. Please investigate asap

This facility appeared to be a place where unsavory activities are occurring. Multiple people were loitering on almost every floor / landing. You could smell pot on the landing around the 4th floor where our room was. The bed linens had multiple burn holes in the sheets. The refrigerator was filthy. The one and only really clean area appeared to be the bath tub. The chair arm appeared to have been destroyed by claws or chewed.
