When I checked out, the clerk didn't even ask 'How was your stay?' This franchisee uses a number of foreign students for staff. My bank notified me that beginning on the day I made my reservation, unauthorized Amazon charges began to appear on my Visa card. The bank reversed the fraudulent charges, but I will not book with this hotel again.

BED BUGS! I stayed there one night and didn't notice until I got home that I had bed bug bite marks. I gave the hotel a call and the manager was not there so I left a message and he didn't call back.. After a few more tries I was able to tell him and he said they couldn't find any bedbugs so the was nothing he could do. My opinion is to stay away!

worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The people were fine, however.... No lock on the door - it was ripped out and never replaced Shower was filthy, and the hand held device point directly at the wall and could not be aimed. The shower curtain was 6-8 inches to short allowing lots of water to pool on the tile The safety rail around the tub may not have been secured at one end. The electrical in the bathroom was terrible...the main light switch didn't have a cover, meaning with wet hands, one might have been able to touch live wires. The toggle switch besides the light switch was pushed into the wall and appeared non functional. The refrigerator was replaced with a odd looking replacement - I did not use. Under the fridge was a piece of chip board which was swelled up and appeared to be something someone could stub their toe and end up with a big sliver. The linens and bedding were very clean, however the pillows may have overstayed their welcome. The TV was about half the size of a normal set, and the programming available was terrible. The exterior window appeared to look like someone had tried to break in from out side, as the frame was bent. The privacy blinds were not long enough, so if you closed them them light came in from the ends etc. The windows had lost the seal some time ago. It looked they were very dirty but simply highly fogged over. Breakfast started at 7a, and I was there at 7:20 to find: toaster doesn't work at all. Tried to make a waffle, but the unit wasn't even warm. Only 1 of the 4 juices had anything in it. I tried the "fakey" fried eggs, and they were ok, but surely not warm. I had a piece of sausage and could have pounded nails in with it. It the lobby the public bathrooms were locked, and the Ice water with lemon was out and all of the ice melted.

Druggies hanging out in parking lot. Got approached two separate times and couldn’t even understand what they were saying. They followed me into hotel and one tried to get on elevator with me. Not a good area apparently, which surprised me since it’s close to downtown area that is nice and the university. I would not stay here again. Should’ve read the reviews ahead of time. Lesson learned.

I’ll opt for another hotel next visit to the area. It’s a rough area, lots of vagrants, so I understand why the hotel keeps doors locked at night. It’s dated and run down. I should have read reviews but traveling on a tight budget is tough these days. The room is fine- nothing plush but it’s ok. Breakfast isn’t great so I didn’t go back after looking the first day. Internet constantly goes out which made working pretty tough- I had to keep using my hot spot AC worked well. Very average- nothing went wrong and I have no major complaints but also nothing to praise.

Worst stay at a hotel. EVER!!. I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. The first night was a disaster, had to change rooms 3x in one night! Rather than just refund us for the 1 night, they said all they could do is charge us for that night & refund us the other 2 night. Requiring us to find a new hotel & move a 4th time.

They charged me an extra $100 for a free told me I should have it back in my account by the next day haven’t got it it’s been over two weeks they keep giving me a run around also had blood stains on sheets my room smelled like vinegar SAVE YOUR MONEY
