因为航班延误,我到得很晚。前台接待非常棒。我的房间很棒,和酒店描述的一模一样。非常干净,位置也很好。
唯一的优点就是地理位置还行,其他都太糟糕了。工作人员态度很差,完全不友好,而且处理任何事情都慢吞吞的。地毯很旧,早餐也和宣传的不一样。更过分的是,我丢了两件东西,虽然不贵重,但对我来说很有纪念意义。我打电话反映后,他们说会立案调查,但我毫不怀疑是那天打扫我房间的人偷走的。那里会发生盗窃,大家一定要小心!
干净整洁的地方,附近有很多商铺。
我们到的时候,给我们的房间根本就没打扫过!!第二次,房卡又用不了,我们去换了张卡,结果刷了还是打不开门。正准备开门的时候,一位男士把门打开了,我们赶紧道歉,然后又回到前台,告诉她里面有人!她最后才给了我们一张二楼房间的钥匙!!
