When we arrived they advised that they had no hot water as the heater was down. They told us they have a new heater ordered and should arrive by Monday, make sure you check to assure they have the repairs completed. They agreed to issue us a 15% discount but we needed to contact ******* . This review is our notice. As we could not find a phone number.

Best stay ever
Enjoyed the pool, had it to myself for 3hrs. The relaxation was the best!! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy.

The entire place is very dirty from the walls to the floors. The swimming pool smelled like straight up sewage. There were cockroaches in my room 207 and when I addressed it with the manager he denied it and refused to do anything because I didn’t report them in the first 30 minutes of checking in. Wild work. Did not stay the night there were so many roaches that popped up after we settled in.

Simple But Does The Job
The place is a little run down, and wow, those credit-card door keys are a pain, but the staff treated me well, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and the shower was good. Breakfast was fine. And for the most part, the neighbors were quiet. Quality Inn isn’t fancy, but they nail the essentials and if you’re just looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, it does just fine without costing too much.

The toilet seat was broken and very dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that we would probably break the rate.

The room was filthy and it smelled like urine. The carpet was soaked and had humps in it in different areas. The hallway had a bad smell also. The ceiling had wet spots as if it had been leaking.
