I booked a king room with a sofa bed and they checked me into the wrong room after a long drive from Houston, Tx. My wife was upset with me the whole time because she didn’t want to have to deal with moving into another room with a sofa bed after we already moved into the incorrect room that was given.
On top of that, the bathroom in this room is wheelchair accessible or handicap accessible..
The entire floor of the bathroom has standing water after you take a shower. It is unbearable and there is no way to push the water to the drain.. I mean the entire bathroom rug that was provided was soaked after the first shower in this room provided.
I am so disappointed.

I loved how prompt the front desk staff was with assisting my late night check in and the ambient temperature of the room along with the cleanliness!

Bottom of shower door allows water to get the bathroom floor too wet. The stay was excellent overall. Staff was wonderful.

The room was fine. Breakfast.was not! No coffee 24 hrs as promised. No coffee or spoons. They ran out of muffins, yogurt, everything bagels, by 9:15 and nothing was replenished. It was a very small area. Once there were 2 families of 4 and people had to take food elsewhere to eat.

The staff was unable to give me my Hilton points because they needed a manager to do it and the manager wasn’t around. They said they would do it after I left and it still has not been applied.
The floor itself was damp near the air conditioner and there were 2 nails coming through the floor. My wife hurt her foot on it and I complained but nothing was done. Just given apologies. No one should stay here.

Was switched between 4 different room due to issues. First room ac made a loud noise, tv didn't work and phone didn't work. 2nd room the window frame was completely destroyed and wouldn't close. Glass was held in place by masking tape not to mention being on the 2nd floor. 3rd room had a parking lot light pointed directly in the room window. 4th room had no hot water. Smells like something is burning in the elevator. Building does not seem up to code or ready to be open. Manager stated they have been open one month. WILL NEVER RETURN! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR BEING A HILTON HOTEL! BEWARE!!!
