I had to go to the office everyday to ask for clean bath towels. I stayed there a week they did not come and clean the room one time. The room smelled like mold had cockroaches. Woke up one morning with a cockroach walking on me while I was in bed sleeping. I stated this hotel in the past 5 years and it was in good shape but now it is really not. I will not be staying here again

Nice room with good upgrades!
This is an upgraded Red Roof Inn. The rooms are nice and renovated with new flooring, bedding and furniture. There is a strong smoke smell. Other wise not bad for a short stay if your not trying to break the budget.

This hotel is poorly managed and lacking basic amenities. There was no hand soap available and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty and didn’t function properly after going back to the front desk asking them to be refilled.

When I checked in, The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. I found a maintenance man, and with the help of his translation phone, got him to understand, and he sprayed to the best of his ability, and opened door to air out room. Then the fridge didn't work. Found him again and he took a fridge out of another room and exchanged it . ( BTW) I could not understand the gal at front desk at all. When I got into the shower, the soap dispenser didn't work. Had to go to from desk, luckily a guy I could barely understand. He came up, couldn't get it working, so just put soap in a plastic cup. OMG!! So the coffee pot comes with coffee, but no cups for the coffee!! There is also an iron board, but no iron. So, My suggestion is DON"T GO THERE!! The room was actually clean except for the smoke stench.

The room was recently updated but moving forward I would recommend not having white or light coloured bedcovers.

我一年大概出行20次,住过很多汽车旅馆。但这家旅馆可能是最糟糕的!一进门,我们就被标有“禁止吸烟”字样的房间里弥漫的烟味熏得不行。我们要求给房间喷点空气清新剂,但效果只是暂时的。所有进过房间的衣服都沾上了烟味。我们住了四晚,其中一个早上醒来发现停水了。淋浴间也从没提供过香皂。地板很脏,床罩上也有污渍。房间里的座机电话没有连接线和听筒线。我们本来想用两个抽屉放衣服,但抽屉卡住了,得费很大劲才能打开和关上。这家旅馆也不算安静,一个晚上警察来过一趟,还有一次火警警报响了。不过,我得承认他们允许我带两只狗入住(第二只狗额外收费)。外面也有宠物清洁袋,可惜住客们都没用,到处都是狗屎。更糟的是,有一天凌晨一点去洗手间,发现我们房间里竟然有个“不速之客”——一只蟑螂!我几年前住过这里,但如果情况没有彻底改善,我绝不会再回来了。

我根本没法睡觉。他们决定把火警警报开到凌晨两点。我要求退款,因为我花钱是为了睡觉,结果却完全没睡着。
床上的羽绒被脏兮兮的,污渍很明显。
他们根本不在乎。这更像是个汽车旅馆而不是酒店。我觉得就这条件来说,价格太贵了。
不推荐,也不会再入住。感觉有点不安全。
价格。干净的床和房间,暖通空调充足,这是在代顿火腿节(Dayton Hamvention)快速过夜的最低要求。虽然离Xenia很远,但每晚价格也还不到300美元!
