The room was spacious and clean, well maintained. Much more than I expected for such a reasonable price. Employees were very pleasant and very respectable. They were very helpful in everyway. Would recommend Quality Suites Nashville for a delightful stay.

The most disgusting room i have ever been in. Dirt in the beds. Spots on uncovered matress. Broken sink tap. Dirty rugs. We were in the room 5 minutes and refused a refund. ******* could not give us a refund. I tried the numbers for choice hotels and nobody could or would help. I took photos but ******* will not allow me to post them. I thought ******* assures service but next time i wont use them or Choice

First let me say some positive things. 1) They had a free airport shuttle. 2) They were in a good location. 3) The staff were kind and helpful. 4) They brought fresh towels every day.
Here are some things they need to improve on. 1) Every stitch of carpet needs to be replaced. 2) Our bathroom was cleaned as well as possible but all the tile work needs to be redone. It needs a new tub (there was a big stain on the bottom of the tub). And, there was mold on the ceiling. 3) Every piece of furniture needs to be replaced, especially the lobby. There are horrible stains and rips on almost every piece of furniture. 4). Every surface was sticky. 5) All the wallpaper needs to be redone, especially the lobby.
Bottom line this is a cheap hotel with hard working staff that needs a remodel. I would not stay here again.

The room and everything were satisfactory. But the staff was amazing! We got in really late and she was there and available. Good attitude and hard working. We only stayed less that 10 hours to get some sleep. When we got up in the morning to check out she was the same staff there once again and still had a great attitude a smile and knowledgeable! Thank you!!
