The air condition was excessively loud, not able to sleep all night. Staff moved us to a new room the next morning with no hesitation.

This is the second time I stay at the El Pado airport Embassy Suites. Both times several of my family members from different cities have stayed here at the same time. We love breakfast and the complimentary happy hour and the pool. Customer Service is EXCELLENT. I will stay here again.

Perfect except TV issue
Our favorite place to stay. We love the comfort and home feel. Front desk is always super friendly. Just this trip something wrong with the TV. We had to google how to work it and then the volume was very low.

Hated my stay here. Flies everywhere, the snacks had flies every time even breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 8:57am instead of 9am. The bathrooms are super small. Parking sucks have to share with ihop. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location of the property is convenient and central. The hotel itself is nice on the surface updated furniture in the lobby and room. My problem was that my room was dirtier than I would have liked. Carpets had large crumbs on the edges of walls and around the bed. The room had a large tv, fridge and microwave which was nice. The pool and hot tub are indoors and nice. They have a good breakfast layout with a made to order omelette bar. Elevators are a bit small and take a while to come when called, overall average experience good bones but cleanliness could definitely could be improved on.
