The rooms are nice but had a smell in the room that wasn't pleasant had to keep spraying air freshener. The you only get 2 towels per room and when you ask staff for extra they will tell you to bring the towels you have already before they issue you more

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It has gone down majorly! The room we got was very run down. The refrigerator didn't cool. The microwave smelled burnt when we used it. The curtains were dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. One towel was dirty and one was old with holes. The worst part was that there were roaches in the bathroom.

Clean room, friendly staff, pool was colder than I expected being inside but the pool and pool area was clean! The hot tub wasn’t working or was shut down which I was really looking forward too but overall it was a pleasant experience, bed was comfy, felt safe and was close to everything I was in the city for.

有两家温德姆，容易搞错。房间宽敞。
停车方便安全。晚上房间里有蟑螂爬。咖啡机零件不全，无法使用。有线电视花了整整一个小时才接通，而且毛巾数量也不够两个人用，与预订时的说法不符。房间里五盏灯里只有一盏灯的灯泡坏了。其他客人和孩子的噪音简直令人难以忍受。温德姆旗下的温盖特酒店必须改进，才能让我们这两晚的体验更好。
