I am writing to report a distressing incident that occurred at the La Quinta. We had a confirmed and prepaid reservation through *******. Before our arrival, the hotel informed us that they would accept our emotional support animal with no additional charge. However, upon arrival, we were told otherwise and were subsequently denied our room.
When we tried to clarify the misunderstanding and even finally offered to pay the additional fees, the manager became rude and dismissive, calling us dishonest. When we questioned the rude behavior, the manager refused to provide service, even though it was late at night and we were traveling with our toddler and the room was booked and paid through *******.
This experience was deeply upsetting and left us without accommodation after paying in full. I respectfully request a full refund and that this matter be reviewed with La Quinta management to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't check laundry. It was written that polo is availble, but unfortunetly it wasn't. The breakfast was very good. I had a wide choice of fruits, tost and gofers there was orange juice, coffy and milk, a few different types of flakes

Drug deals going down in parking lot, fights in the parking lot. Floor was leaking toilet water, old vomit on mattress. Floor was dirty, white socks got black just one trip to the bathroom. Staff changed my room when I complained. But the cleanliness, poor maintenance and the unsafe environment caused me to abandon my remaining 4 nights. I just couldn’t spend another night in this facility.
I have no idea how this could have gotten any score higher than a 1, maybe a 1.5 because the staff was friendly.
The first impression is poor, but that was just poor paint Joe. Paint spots everywhere. Food hardened on the desk required my pocket knife to scrape it off.

The room was very dirty. There was hair all over the restroom. The sheets had holes. The elevator did not work and I have mobility issues. Do not recommend.

Other than the cockroach that wanted to stay in our room, and a car parked in a disabled space that had no sign to be there, it was a good stay.

我遇到的唯一问题就是我的房卡每天晚上都失灵。我住了四晚,结果每晚都得去换新房卡。
接待我们的人服务非常好。
我入住时饭店的设施正好在维修,基本上没有甚么特别的设施,房间门无法上锁也关不严,感觉比较老旧一些,不过有冰箱,空调也还不错,房间算是整洁。
