We got a choice of where are room was located. The room was very clean and we had a great time. Parking was close and so were restaurants. We walked to dinner and back. Our only complaint is the place smells of cigarette smoke.

No one was at check in desk. Could not find anyone to help. Carpet and walls were filthy, air was stale. I left and forfeited my money (I had prepaid, non-refundable). Would not have stayed even if I found someone to help me. It was that nasty!

Fire alarm... interrupted sleep

We were rudely awakened by a fire alarm on Saturday morning. There was an electrical fire at the hotel. There were no protocols in place once you walked down the stairs and exited the building.

Josh at the front desk was amazing and accommodating for our 1-night stay. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you, Josh!

Room was pretty clean lots of pillows. Bathroom was huge and super unique. Room doesn't have a microwave that would've been super helpful but otherwise really good

Hotel was fully booked which delayed the already late check in time. We had an event to go to that night and luckily it only took a little over an hour past check in for our room to be ready. However when we go into the room the bathroom smelled horrible a mixture of feet and mildew smell that would not go away. I didn’t complain about it because the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us rooms and I couldn’t discover where the smell came from to get them to clean it in the first place we just spent the evening spraying perfume into the bathroom when we entered to cover the smell.

The parking experience was less than ideal. Because there are two hotels in the property, it was not clear where to park and check in. The hotel that I was in (tower?) requires that you check in on the other side of the property. If you parked in the parking garage, you have to walk across the smoky
