Hotel had nice clean rooms with an accommodating staff. The breakfast area was clean but a little slim on items. They offered coffee, hot water cereal and milk. Would be nice to have a couple other options.

Everything was great, had to get in hotel before time closure for night time, made it an hour before! It was nice to have access to a hotel before it became to late to reserve one! Also made a great stay for people who like pools, rooms, and not a big hotel!

Renovated room nice. Breakfast very minimal. Another guest played music all night, interfered with my sleeping, no answer at front desk. Outside appearance needs work. I would stay again if in Kalamazoo again.

Read the other reviews and set expectations accordingly. In addition to the room smell and wondering about some of the cleaning protocols, we may have been "lucky" to hear doors open/close all night along with the yelling and talking in the hall during what would be considered quite hours (somewhere after midnight and before 5am...I just tried to get back to sleep and didn't look at the clock). We got the feeling the care takers live there and they were the cause of the noise all night. No proof or confirmation of that though. I am sure the last few years have been hard for hotels/motels but it is a struggle to find a decent place for a reasonable price anymore. We paid $90 for our experience but had a $40 experience (if this was a few years ago)

Don't stay here. It is filthy and smells musty. The floor was dirty and turned my socks black. We wiped a section and the towel was black. We wiped the bathtub with the same results. They don't clean your room. There is not breakfast, just coffee and a frozen muffin. The pool was dirty.

Great place. Clean, quiet, and low price. Wonderful value. Couldn't ask for a better place/price. Big comfortable bed. Not much else to say but they want my review to be at least 200 characters so I have to keep typing.

The hotel is under construction, no where did it state that. The pictures do NOT match the hotel. The hotel smells of **** and smoke. Our room had black shadows on the ceiling, I think use to be a smoking room. The bathroom door was so unleveled it would not shut without jamming, looked like it had been cut several times to fit door way. The bathroom is tiny! I was told no breakfast because of construction. I wiped everything down with sanitizer wiped, kinda wish I didn’t, very gross!

worst place I ever stayed, place smelled and there were people sleeping in the lobby. There were broken items in room, knocking on door at 9 am to clean the room. Breakfast was a joke, the workout room was full of garbage and unusable.

If you like filthy run down accommodations, shady looking people loitering at the entrance, shouting people inside & most likely want to find a place to score drugs…this is the place for you! We never even went to our room! We got out of there as quickly as possible! I lost my $84 but honestly, you couldn’t pay me to stay there!!
