Customer service was great. Room was less than clean. Door did not lock when shut, anyone could get in from the outside without a key. I wouldn’t have even know that if I didn’t check! AC didn’t work, unit turned on but the AC never started cooling. When I went to the front desk to let them know, we saw 4 cop cars at the Inn which made me feel even less safe. Front desk immediately called maintenance to resolve the issues mentioned but I decided against staying here. I was also unable to receive a refund because I selected “non-refundable” when booking.

You get exactly what you pay for at this location. The staff is friendly however they are in a separate building from the tenants. Seems like many long term residents love to party and outside all times of day and night. Police were called several times by others and I got zero sleep. Has a food truck in front and was scared of walking to it because of the outside activity. The bed had long black hairs in it like the sheets hadn't been changed. Pets are allowed because there was one right next door barking all night. I went for relaxation and felt so overwhelmed I left early

Unbelievable that a non smoking room can smell so
The rooms smelled so bad of **** that gave me a migraine even after spraying it with air freshener. We left a couple of hours after checking in. Unbelievable that a non smoking room can smell that bad.
