The only thing I can complain about is toilet paper. It had the texture of tissue paper. Other than that, spotless room, immaculate service from the staff and a great experience.

Great staff and hotel. Efrain was kind, personable and helpful at check in and throughout the stay. Zahara and the entire breakfast staff was amazing! Food was stocked and clean and the order line moved quickly with quality food. Maria in housekeeping was so kind and talked to my kids every time she saw them. They loved joking with her. The room was clean and well kept.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet had good choices, and omelettes.

The only complaint I have is the elevator availability,it's OK during weekdays, but over the weekends, it's obviously too slow and we have to wait long time to get up to or down from our room in 15th floor

This hotel had the best Included breakfast Ever from a hotel. With made to order omelet's, eggs, waffles and pancakes made to your requests, standard fare was also included as self-serve potato's, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins, cold cereal's and more.
Yogurt's, coffee with ALL the add-ins available including flavors... Juice machine and soda's too.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Although we were NOT in suite, our room had a mini fridge, microwave, small safe and great climate control system.
The only "Stain" on this particular hotel was the last day with the hot water ran low, probably due to the complete SOLD out occupancy but came back in a few minutes.
That is the ONLY reason why I did NOT give this a Hotel a FANTASTIC Rating. Staff was great and the people in the breakfast area and bar were absolutely Fantastic!!!

11/17/25 The room was nice and clean. And the breakfest was good definitely helped the stay! As for the beds if you like them firm then you will be good. I got no sleep. The beds seemed small and I verified with front they were queens but felt more like fulls. The a/c down to 60 and we all three were hot.

Room was really nice and the layout/setup was excellent. Room was clean with all amenities available. Our favorite part was the breakfast, the breakfast was amazing. Location is great as well, less than 15 minutes to just about anything you would need or want in OKC.

We only stayed one night, but I honestly wish we had stayed longer. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcome excellent customer service all around.
We booked a suite, and it was perfect. It had two separate rooms:
• A living room with a large wall mounted TV, a sofa that could be turned into a bed, and a desk area.
• A bedroom with two queen beds and another big wall mounted TV.
The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the lighted mirror was a highlight my husband was very impressed with it!
Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!
