The room was clean, but the valet helpers were rude. I’m a handicap person and they came up to me and said can you hurry and get in your car and I said i’m going as fast as I can.

Really good location, very walkable area. Staff are very welcoming and eager to help. Room was fine for 2 nights but made the mistake of not knowing how busy street out front would be. If you book, book a room facing the ballpark, not Sheridan Avenue. The loud car/truck noise was disruptive on Saturday night.

Everything was nice except the breakfast “buffet”. They need more options than just waffles.. like maybe pancakes or biscuits and gravy. And just sausage?? No bacon? The container with biscuits or muffins was
3/4ths empty. Didn’t even eat breakfast at the hotel the second morning. Went out instead.

Wonderful hotell
Close to everything, very clean and nice hotel, room was great! I would stay here again, but parking was expensive.

Door card
The only issue we had was the door card didn’t work for breakfast in the morning.

酒店回复: Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback! We are a dual property consisting of Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Suites which have separate breakfast areas. The locked breakfast area would have been for Homewood Suites guests where only their keys can open the door. Your breakfast was in the restaurant!
