酒店硬件设施还行，但是服务肯定是极差极差极差的，我明明是在携程旅行网上面预付款订了5个晚上的房间，将近4000元人民币一晚的包早餐的，但是等我入住的时候酒店跟我说，我的房间没有含早餐的，我得自己付钱吃早餐的，我后来跟携程客服反映后，一直没有积极的反馈，到现在还在扯皮中！还有，这个酒店如果不在携程旅行网上订房间，你直接在美国打电话给酒店预定或者用美国本地的app预定，价格比携程预订可以便宜大约30%，还不用预付全额款项的，搞的我非常郁闷！看来携程旅行网杀熟斩客确实有一手的！无语🙄️
酒店很棒，干净，员工也很友好。地理位置不算特别方便，但3英里范围内的免费班车服务很有帮助。我推荐这家酒店给商务人士，不适合想在市中心玩乐的人。

酒店地理位置优越，公共区域也很棒。然而，我住的房间浴室淋浴门漏水严重，每次淋浴都造成严重的水浸。这似乎是个众所周知的问题。我向工作人员反映后，他们给我换到了带浴缸的房间，这很不理想。
