You can see the facility has been around for a while due to obvious wear in little things such as scratches and small chips. Bed was comfortable. I could not completely close blinds as a bright light from next door made me have to sleep with my back to the window.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room had very low water pressure and no hot water. The door would not close all the way had problems locking it

Customer service was wonderful all around. The hotel was clean. We had issues with ladybugs, no hot water in the shower, and none of phones worked in the rooms to call front desk. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfast. Overall i would give it a C+ or a low B-.

The evening desk clerk was super friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We stayed3 nights and she always remembered us when we were in the lobby

Mold in the first room around the window. The second room was musty and smelled like chemicals. Coffee and juices were watered down. Everything needs updating.

我预订这家酒店的唯一原因就是为了游泳池。由于加热器维修，他们没有安排或没有跟进，我们整整一周都没能游一次泳。微波炉的电源坏了，3 秒后就关机了，咖啡机的托盘也丢了，里面放着咖啡包。维修人员非常好，送来了一个新的电源，所以至少微波炉还能用，但没人更换我们的咖啡机零件。走廊里有一块碎奥利奥饼干，放了好几天才清理干净。这次住宿真是令人失望，我希望能得到某种积分或代金券来弥补没有游泳池的遗憾。
