Definitely needs an upgrade to the carpet, plumbing and furniture inside of the rooms. Other than that the staff kept it clean around the property and were very polite.

It appears to be for a longterm alternative to homeless living, i.e. subsidized living. Very dirty, very little equipped with the basics, and unfriendly staff.

This place is perfect if your in town for a week or more. I always get a room with a king size bed. It has a decent size kitchenette also, and 24 hr washers/dryers. You can't beat it for the price.

Even though the price was low, i would not recommend.
Please note that the kitchen comes without equipment.
The room was not clean (at all) and smelled weird (smoke).
The atmosphere overall was special.

The housekeeping staff was rude. On the day of checkou they took the liberty to open the door on the guest 30 minutes before the checkout time. The staff rudely asked the guest if they were going to leave.
