The staff was very nice. The pool area is nice. I just don’t like knocks from housekeeping at 9am asking what time we’re checking out because check out is at 12pm.

I liked everything about my stay except housekeeping asking me about checking out hours before check out time. Other than that we had an amazing stay!

The room was nice and clean but the shower head needs to be replaced. The water didn’t spray like it supposed to it just went all over the bathroom floor.

Front desk team member, Winter was very kind and helpful. She helped us find a great local spot to eat and checked on us to see if she could assist with anything else.
Later in the evening we came down to the lobby to have a drink and relax but the couches were very dirty and worn. So we went back to our room.

Unfortunately our stay was not so great as we had bugs in the room crawling on one of the beds and old blood stains on all of the pillow cases and sheets on the other. I asked for them to go check the room after the first night and encountered the same issues on the second night causing us to drive home which is five hours away.
