It was like pulling teeth to get new towels. I had to ask for toilet paper. The maiden ever stop by to see if we wanted or need anything.

Staff are awful, roaches in the hallways. Mean people working here, it’s like the place was staffed by the same people who work TSA at the airports. Same energy and attitude.

There are some homeless people tent's on the road near the hotel. Because of this, the hotel locks the doors so the homeless people don't come in. Unfortunately, some of the keys to get into the hotel do not work; therefore, you can't come and go as you please. You have constantly bang on the door for someone to let you in. This waste your time and is a real inconvenience. If you are too late or too early, it may take forever for someone to help you when you could have already been in your room. THIS IS NON-SENSE!!!
