The front desk personnel are extremely nice. But avoid at all cost. Hotel is extremely dirty. I slept fully clothed on top of my sheets. Trash in the room. Roaches. You name it. Won’t be coming back.

Entering the room, we found the microwave was burnt on the inside and had food left in it. There were no garbage cans in the room. The TV was broken off its base, and it didn’t work. When we told the front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day, making it sound like they were being bothered. The bed was comfortable, but, that was the only good thing. We had accidentally left a couple things in the room. When we realized this, we tried calling the front desk for a half an hour, with no answer. So, we drove back to the hotel and told them what we left behind. They looked and said they didn’t have our items, and they would have to wait until the next day to ask the maid. We are in the process of talking to their Corporate office about these problems. Do not invest your hotel funds here!

I was very disappointed this trip. Was told I would receive a 30% discount due the toilet issue. Then the lady proceeds to tell me these were 90 dollar rooms. No they are not, not even online. Just a little disappointed. There needs to be more customer service like the gentalmen I delt with the night before. I only came back because of him.

This location has new owners and the place is in very bad shape. The smell in the hallways and elevator is hideous. The carpet was so filthy that it could stain the soles of black shoes. The door to my room was broken and did not latch when you close it. So if you leave the room all your items were not secured, anyone can push the door open. If you were inside, you can lock it but someone had to be there to keep our items safe. I told the rude unfriendly lady at the front desk and with an attitude sent a gentleman that looked like he came straight over from rehab of some sort, to look at the door. I was livid at this point and knew at that moment I would NEVER book a stay there again. The door wasn’t fixed and they didn’t address the issue at all after they were notified. The washers and dryers had animal hair all in it which gave me the indication that they are never cleaned. Just absolutely nasty and low class.

DIRTY AND SMELLY
My room was dirty garbage and used towels left in room The place smelled I did report it to manager and i left I had 2 rooms there he only refunded me for 1st room stated other room was clean I told him that i booked 2 room so that my friend and i woild be at same place why would i want to keep that other room

On the reservation I had booked a room with two beds. When I arrived they informed me they didn’t even have rooms with two beds and wanted to send me somewhere else, further away from where I needed to be. So I left and booked a room in a hotel next to this one.

I was supposed to check in at 3, and at 3 they said it would be 20 minutes before a room was cleaned. An hour later they said they still needed 20 minutes. I left and asked if I could get a refund and they said yes, never got a refund..

Honestly, was extremely taken back by the cleanliness of this establishment. It was convenient because I finished procedures late and just needed a place to rest for the night. There was toilet cleaner hardened inside the toilet, hair all in the shower and on the shower curtain, used towels and rags left in the bathroom as well as a cockroach on the towel. Super unimpressed and I won’t be back.
