Excellent view, convenient location from restaurants and incline. The room was specious and very clean. Bathroom was loaded with high quality amenities. Front desk staffs were prompt and courteous. I would recommend a city view room.

The staff was great; very helpful. My largest issue was the overall cost. The room was average for being premium priced for two nights. Plus an appetizer is the same as overnight parking; $32/$34. Just a little crazy expensive.

Room lock was broken and I could not get into my room for two hours, but the manager and engineers were gracious.
I appreciated how they handled it.

Over all it not bad little dated, nice bar area and restaurant. What was very frustrating is that you have to pay for parking on the hotel’s property separately from your stay.

The staff was incredible, the hotel a bit meh for the money. Not enough elevators for the size of the hotel. The room smelled odd though, there was no soap or robes in the room when we arrived, though it was clean which is most important. We liked the location very much as drivers. It's not walkable. Would probably stay again but not as a first choice.
