For the rates and just the name alone of the hotel i was disappointed. Shower heads in the shower are very old and barely water coming out. The caulk on the shower doors is nasty and black. Tiles on the floor chipped, door even laminate coming off. Mattresses old, blanket under sheet very dirty. Windows were never cleaned, very dirty. Would never stay here again and would not suggest to anyone for this price.

Very hospitable staff. I didn’t utilize any additional amenities, it was a relaxing staycation. All in all a great experience and my go to for exactly that.

我当时来城里参加一个大型摔跤比赛，想和孩子以及他们的校队住同一家酒店。结果我不小心订错了地方。我知道通过第三方预订的话，上面写着不可退款也不可取消，但我并不是想取消或更换酒店，只是想换个地方，以免孩子和我误会。我们通过一个网站申请了退款，这样我就可以去正确的网站预订房间，结果酒店拒绝了。所以我白白损失了房费，却没能入住。以后我再也不会用喜来登4积分预订酒店了。
隔音效果真的很差。我能清楚地听到隔壁房间的电话交谈，楼上的脚步声也清晰可闻。此外，我的车内录音记录了有人试图打开我的车门（车内没有行李或其他任何东西）。

绝对不值得购买早餐套餐，他们不遵守时间表，打开和提供早餐时不准时。非常基本的菜单，食物很一般，而且非常贵！不要在那里买早餐。
在我们在那里的 5 天中，我们只使用了 1 天，我们更愿意去其他地方，而其他日子则关闭，他们开门且服务很晚。
印象不佳
房间昏暗，早餐券不够，如果住同一房间，甚至不够支付人数。值夜班的服务员很粗鲁，而且他们还堵塞了残疾人停车位。房费是双倍的。
