Room was clean bathroom falling apart, screws holding shower head almost all gone was making sure it stayed up. Refegarator did not work either would not get very cold. Would give it a 3.8 because of staff not condition of room.

Everything went well, our check in was quick and easy felt clean and safe to stay at. Other than towards the end we did find bed bugs which we only stayed a night. I did let the front desk staff know about it after we left so hopefully they resolve that issue. Overall everything went smoothly.

Great stay! The front desk gal was pleasant. Beds were nice and comfortable. Pool was at the right temperature, just wish there was a hot tub. Will definitely stay at an affiliate when traveling in other states.

Great stay!
The hotel & especially the BED was clean, comfortable & welcoming. The staff, especially ladies at the front desk, were personable & friendly. Enjoyed the stay & will return.

工作人员很少,要么无法提供服务,要么态度不好。前门外的垃圾桶里堆满了垃圾,整个住宿期间都没有清空。房间狭窄,维护不善。没有室内咖啡机,没有杯子。客房地板上的制冰机关闭了。游泳池其实还可以。
办理入住手续很乱。泳池水很烫。我儿子在泳池旁边的一个区域绊倒了,那里曾经有升降椅,上面有一根生锈的管子伸出来。前台的工作人员一点也不关心泳池周围的血迹或我儿子。我们多次被随意收取费用,这些费用没有任何解释,至今仍未退还。空调在夜间停止工作。总的来说,这是一次糟糕的经历,不建议住在这里。
我们到那里的时候,房间很漂亮,很舒适,我不喜欢的是泳池里的氯气太多了,我和我女儿的头发都被氯气弄乱了,我没办法把氯气弄掉,太糟糕了,泳衣洗了三次,仍然有氯气的味道,泳池里非常浑浊,我觉得氯气太多了,但孩子们对游泳很兴奋
