The room smell in our room was horrible. We had to move rooms. We book a king. The front desk told us we had to down grade to a 2 bed queens room. When we first checked in he asked what floor we wanted to be on. We told him the highest floor. He then told us no that we had to stay on the first floor.. We wanted to check out so bad and get a different hotel but the front desk said that we wouldn’t get a refund. So we had no choice but to stay there! The breakfast was so plain and nasty. All the front desk agents from morning to night were rude and not very friendly. I know when you check in a hotel they are to greet you, tell you where the elevators are if needed, the pool, the gym and what time breakfast starts and end. We didn’t get any of that. I had to ask where everything was. I asked the night front desk agent where a good place to have dinner he said he didn’t know. I will never stay here again!

The staff was not very welcoming upon check-in. They required a $50 deposit which will not be refunded back and they never answer their phone so can’t even contact them about it. The location was in a getto area which wasn’t a big deal. The hotel was a bit old and the hallways kinda smelled moldy. That same smell was in the room that I stayed in. Also when I used the bathroom sink, I think the moldy smell was also coming from the drain. The overall environment just didn’t feel clean. I guess if you want something cheap just for an overnight stay, it’s an option, but they scam you your security deposit which I think is a regular occurrence based on their reviews. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Filthy disgusting staff was rude dirty room blankets linens had stains left less then 24 hours and would not refund me for there filt also room had mold on the ac unit and all over bathroom i have plenty of pictures also ******* did not help me

Room was fine except the blow dryer didn't work.stains on curtains.But the staff was rude breakfast staff I should say,she started putting away food while she still had guests with children who had not eat yet. But did not care.i understand it was 9 am and she was ready to go.but server your guess first.
